A Notebook to use along with the Research strand in Challenge A.
Description
A great tool for Challenge A Students in Classical Conversations.
Record Topics, Research, Outlines, Bibliography, Checklist, Artwork, and Final Report all in one place, which also creates a portfolio of the student’s work at the end of the year.
You will receive 3 Files:
File 1: Instructions-Covers
— choose from 7 options
— color or black and white
File 2: Notebook
— Weekly Set of 8 Pages
— 1 Research Page
— 3 Blank Pages for Drawings/Sketches
— 4 Lined Pages for Writing
This set is repeated 12 times to give you enough space for 12 topics (a couple more than the 10 needed for Challenge A). The file is set up to print 100 pages (50 sheets of paper). Of course, you can rearrange or print as little or as few as you want. Use over and over for all your students.
File 3: Mini-Notebooks
— Seven Versions of a Mini-Sized Research Notebook you can print and assemble for your dolls, stuffed animals, or just for fun!
Suggested Use:
Use the Research Page to record your topics and Key Word Outlines from two sources. Create your Fused Outline on the same page along with your Bibliography. On a separate sheet of paper, write the rough draft working from the fused outline. Use the reminders on the page to include dress-ups, decorations, and openers. Edit the rough draft, make revisions, and transfer a final copy onto the lined page(s) in the Research Notebook. (There are four lined pages each week if you need extra room or want to record extra information.) Create sketches and drawings related to the topic on the blank pages (There are three blank pages giving plenty of room.) Everything is in one place to present your research, and you have a portfolio of your work at the end of the year.
