We offer a simple way for your group or organization to order t-shirts.
How does group ordering work?
- We will set up a secure web page just for your group.
- You will receive a private link to share with your group members.
- Group members order from the page, making payment on the secure checkout.
- All items are shipped to the designated group coordinator.
- Coordinator receives shipment and distributes items to the group.
What are the benefits?
- Clear communication. See exactly what your items will look like. All info is displayed on your web page. Just share the link with your group.
- Smooth processing. Individuals pay directly online, so you don’t have to keep up with orders, totals, payments, taxes, or inventory. We do all of that for you.
- Streamlined delivery. You will receive all your items grouped and labeled by purchaser, so you don’t have to sort through piles of shirts when they arrive.
- Flexible. Set your own minimum quantities, designs, colors, and order dates. Choose any brand, style, or color of t-shirt (or other items like hats, bags, hoodies, etc.) We will work with you to make the best choice for your group. Use your own logo design or use one of our designs.
- Convenient. Reopen ordering anytime with no minimum requirements.

Pricing
All fees are included in the price per item (including set-up, web page, order processing, and shipping/fulfillment fees). Price per item is based on item brand, style, design, and minimum qty.

- Order minimum: 25 items
- Youth-Adult XL: $18 per shirt (additional cost for 2-3XL)

You may submit your own design for approval. If your design is usable for printing, there is no additional set up fee. You maintain the rights over your designs.
File Requirements
- acceptable files for one color designs: PDF, PNG, SVG, EPS (files need to be submitted as black on white or transparent background even if your design is going to be another color.)

Custom Artwork
We can create custom artwork to use on your items. There is a set up fee starting at $30, and we retain the rights over the images we create.
T-Shirt Options
We can match you with a t-shirt option that will best serve your group. Some of our favorite brands are Canvas + Bella, Next Level, and Gildan, but we can offer almost any brand, style, fit, or color!
